certifications our technicians have earned. It demonstrates their committment to
be the best for COMMWORLD and our clients. The COMMWORLD Management Team has a combined
98 years of service in the telecom industry, all with the same company — COMMWORLD.
Our Technical team averages 18+ years of industry experience per person. Would you

Bob's technical, sales, financial and business experience along with his formal
education makes him uniquely qualified to lead COMMWORLD. His technical education
began during his service in the Air Force as a Communications Electronics Specialist
and continued in his early career at Western Electric. He earned a Bachelor of Business
Administration and a Master of Business Administration at the University of Missouri
- Kansas City.
Throughout his career, Bob has been a positive influence on the telecommunications
industry. He opened the office in Kansas City in 1981 when the industry was in its
infancy and he was instrumental in the growth of the COMMWORLD network of companies.
He has earned many awards from Technology Assurance Group (TAG), Toshiba, Panasonic,
COMMWORLD International, Kansas City Small Business Monthly and others. As a respected
industry veteran, Bob has presented his views on various subjects impacting the
voice and data industry at TAG Annual Conventions.
Bob's community involvement includes Grandview Public Policy Committee, Chamber
of Commerce Executive Committee, National Federation of Independent Business, Kansas
City Breakfast Club, Rotary Club "13", American Legion, Ararat Shrine and the Helzberg
Entrepreneurial Mentoring Program.

Linda earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Kansas State University
and a Master of Arts from Central Missouri State University. She began her career
as a teacher then moved into marketing and was quickly promoted to Marketing Manager.
In 1983, Bob "recruited" Linda to begin working at COMMWORLD. She has attended
and excelled in numerous sales and communications courses including Dale Carnegie.
This training taught her to truly listen and understand the challenges facing clients
and then effectively communicate the ideal solutions for those challenges.
She has earned numerous awards including recent honors from Technology Assurance
Group and the 25 Under 25 Award. Linda is an active member of the National Association
of Women Business Owners, the Central Exchange and the Helzberg Entrepreneurial
Mentoring Program. She is an Affinity Partner and member of the Kansas City Metropolitan
Bar Association. She is honored to be one of the 25 "Women Who Mean Business" selected
by the Kansas City Business Journal and UMKC Block School of Business.

Curt celebrated 26 years with the company in February 2008. His technical education
began at the Technical Institute in Rosemount, Minnesota. He joined COMMWORLD in
1982 and has been instrumental in the installation of over 4,000 telecom systems.
Curt's dedication to quality installations backed up by fast, efficient service
set the benchmark for the COMMWORLD technical team and has earned him respect throughout
the industry. He has earned certifications on countless technologies including Converged
Technology Professional (CTP) - the industry standard certification for VoIP (Voice
over Internet Protocol) technology. He is a Toshiba Converged Technology Expert
(TCTE) - the highest level of VoIP certification awarded by Toshiba. In 2007, Curt
was honored by Samsung Telecommunications America for achieving their highest level
of Certification.
Curt combines his tremendous technical experience and expertise with the ability
to communicate effectively on a technical or non-technical level. With his leadership,
the COMMWORLD team uses technology to solve customer's business challenges and help
them become more productive and more profitable.
Ms. Cindy Harries

Cindy joined COMMWORLD of Kansas City in 1985. She is the Operations Manager, plus
she holds the unofficial title, "Most Valuable Player." She has been involved in
nearly every aspect of the business over her 23 years at COMMWORLD. Cindy has earned
countless manufacturers' certifications on voice processing systems and phone systems
and she consistently ranks at the head of each class she attends. She earned a Bachelor
of Science degree in Education from the University of Missouri - Kansas City and
is just short of her Master's Degree.
Cindy is the voice of COMMWORLD. Her voice can be heard on the voice mail greetings
for hundreds of Kansas City companies. She takes customer service to the higher
level of customer delight. "We love Cindy!" is a common comment we hear from customers,
and all of us at COMMWORLD love Cindy, too.
Terri McClure

Terri McClure joined the COMMWORLD team in March 2008 starting in sales and moving
to Office Manager. She brings with her over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications
industry with Contel, GTE, Verizon and Everest Connections. Terri earned degrees
in both Business and Psychology at Missouri Western State University. She enjoys
spending time with her three dogs, attending Chiefs games, and watching NASCAR.
